This picture of me was taken in Switzerland as I was visiting a nice castle while on a research trip.  When I travel, I don't spend too much time in tourist areas... I prefer to be be off the beaten path and that's where I get the most satisfaction out of my trips. I love beautiful landscapes. I come from the French Alps where each season brings different colors and traditions. I live in the Alps, surrounded by mountains (great for skiing) and lakes...; the Alps are beautiful in any season (colorful mountain peaks, lakes, wild flowers...) and full off wonderful traditions.
